Online Registration Starts Feb 1 2009. A link is available on the top left navigation bar titled "Online Registration".

Orientation meeting will be held in the Brookfield Central cafeteria, Feb ____, 2009 at ?PM. Check back for info as it becomes available.

Steps necessary to complete online registration.
Step 1 - Click top left Online Registration.
Step 2 - create login information.
Step 3 - Enter Parent information.
Step 4 - Enter Player Information.
Step 5 - Print system generated forms.
Step 6 - Sign all forms generated, Send in to the Junior Lancers with payment, or bring to the orientation meeting.
If you make errors in the form, log back in, select the player and change their info.

All registrations received after the March 31st deadline will be charged a late fee. No refunds after April 1, 2009.
