Team Manager: Coordinates all volunteer activities for game days and other activities. Liaison between parents and coaches

Team Physician: League rules require medical assistance be readily available. We prefer to have a licensed MD present for all home games to attend to any medical needs

Equipment: Assist in the fitting, handing out, and return of equipment. Must also check weekly with team for repairs or replacements.

Field Operations: Set up field(s) for game day (1st Game of day team. Man line to-gain (“chains”) and down box during game. (All teams) Take down field(s) after last game. (Last game of day.)

Scoreboard: Operate scoreboard for home games. Clock operation is most important task. May require more than one for Varsity Field.

Fund Raising: Selling advertising for program and other activities

Concessions: Work concession stand prior to or after your team’s game

Photographer: Take photographs and/or video for end of year banquet. Work with Team Manager and Banquet committee.

Banquet: Plan and execute end of year banquet for team. Work with Coaching Staff, Team Manager, and Photographer

Publicity: Write and fax weekly team article for local newspapers.

Statistician: Work with Head Coach and keep required stats for each game

Coaching: Must request an interview with Coaching & Development and/or President of organization.
